1 The Prize Draw Summary 

2. How to enter and how we select winners 
   1. We have partnered with influencers, streamers and other figures in the Premier League community (Influencers) to make the Prize Draw available to you. Influencers may direct you to enter the Prize Draw via Instagram and/or TikTok (the Channel), via a post from the relevant Influencer’s channel (a Post). 
   2. You are only eligible to enter the Prize Draw once per valid Influencer Post, in accordance with the entry mechanics described below. We may disqualify users who enter multiple times via the same Post. Interacting with multiple, different valid entry Posts may increase your chances of winning. Regardless of how many Posts you interact with, you can only win one Prize. No set number of Prizes have been allocated to any one Influencer or their followers. 
   3. Where an Influencer makes the Prize Draw open to you via one of the following Channels, the following entry and winner selection mechanisms will apply as follows: 
      1. TikTok: To enter, you must reply to the Influencer’s promotional post on TikTok within the Entry Window, in accordance with any instructions included in that post. Your reply must correctly answer the following question: who was the top scorer in the Premier League in the 24/25 season? 
      2. or
      3. Instagram: To enter, you must reply to the Influencer’s promotional post on Instagram within the Entry Window, in accordance with any instructions included in that post. Your reply must correctly answer the following question: who was the top scorer in the Premier League in the 24/25 season?  
   4. Entries submitted via either Channel will be treated equally, and entrants may only submit one (1) entry in total. We will randomly select eligible replies posted within the Entry Window from relevant Posts as winners;
   5. All eligible entries will be pooled prior to the selection of the winners. Each eligible entry will have an equal chance of winning a Prize regardless of the Post via which the entry was received.  
3. Eligibility 
   1. The Prize Draw is only open to residents of the United Kingdom that are able to receive a Prize via standard postage methods in one of the eligible territories. 
   2. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. 
   3. Employees of the Promoter, Microsoft Corporation or an Influencer, and any other persons who are professionally connected with the Prize Draw or its administration (as well as members of their immediate families or households) are not eligible to enter. You will not be entitled to receive a Prize which, for any reason, you would otherwise be prohibited from purchasing, using, owning or possessing. 
   4. In entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw and may withhold delivery of the Prize until it has received such evidence from a winner (and failure to provide such evidence in a timely manner may result in forfeiture of a Prize). 
   5. The Promoter will not accept entries that are (as determined in the Promoter’s discretion): automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications); completed by third parties or in bulk; illegible, ineligible or incomplete; or associated with any activity which the Promoter considers to be designed to unfairly influence or excessively manipulate the Prize Draw outcome and/or provide an unfair advantage to the entrant. 
   6. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct or entry is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.  
4. Winners 
   1. Winners will be contacted as soon as practicable after the Closing Date, and the Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to do so within seven (7) days of the Closing Date. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. 
   2. Winners will be contacted via direct message or such other contact mechanism as is associated with the user account via which the winning entry was submitted on the relevant Channel (DM). The Promoter will not try to contact a winner via any other mechanism and is not responsible if a potential winner’s account is not able to receive DMs from the Promoter for any reason.  
   3. If you are a winner, you must respond to our DM notifying you that you are a winner within 48 hours, and include any information requested by us in your response(s). If you do not claim the Prize within this timeframe, your claim will become invalid and we may select a new winner from the eligible entries instead.  
   4. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize. 
   5. The Promoter will contact the winner via one of the following accounts / handles: 
      1. TikTok – @thegoatagency 
      2. or
      3. Instagram – @thegoatagency 
   6. Please be aware that third parties might try and contact you with fraudulent messages claiming that you have won a Prize. We will never ask for money from you in connection with this Prize Draw and will only contact you via the accounts / handles set out above. We do not take any responsibility for any loss suffered by you arising out of any action of any third party. 
   7. After validly claiming a Prize, the Promoter will, within a reasonable period of time, arrange for delivery of the Prize to the address provided by the winner via a third party delivery company (at no cost to the winner). Upon request, the Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to inform the winner of expected delivery times or provide a tracking facility for the Prize (at the Promoter’s discretion). Delivery times will vary depending on the location of the winner and, potentially, factors outside of the Promoter’s control. The Promoter takes no responsibility for delay or failure to deliver a Prize on the part of any third party delivery company. 
5. Winner’s information 
   1. When we contact a winner, we will ask you for the following information: full name, full postage address, date of birth, email address and any other information a delivery company may require to deliver the Prize to you. We may ask for additional information (such as a copy of your ID or proof of age) to confirm that you are eligible to win a Prize.  
   2. We will collect this information for our legitimate interest of ensuring that we can administer the Prize Draw and arrange for the Prize to be delivered to the winner. We may share this information with a third party (such as a delivery company) strictly for operational purposes in connection with the Prize Draw. 
   3. Additionally, we must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation we may send the social media handle, surname and/or county/post code of Prize winners and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails us on the details set out above within one month after the Closing Date.  
   4. If you are a winner but object to any or all of your social media handle, surname, county/post code and/or winning entry being published or made available, please email the Promoter on the details set out above. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority (or other relevant regulator or governmental authority) on request.

6. Limitation of liability 
   1. Your entry or participation in a Prize Draw and/or receipt or use of a Prize is at your own risk. The Prize is provided as-is. It is your responsibility to check that receipt or use of Prize would not have any negative implications for you. This includes (without limitation) checking any content warnings associated with the Prize.  
   2. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.  
   3. To the fullest extent permissible by law, in no event will our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Prize Draw, Prize or these Terms and Conditions exceed the value of the Prize. Your statutory rights are not affected. Nothing in the Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud or for any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by law or regulation. 
7. General terms  
   1. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value (which may include cash) if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so. The Prize is not negotiable or transferable. 
   2. Any tax or other charge payable in conjunction with the Prize will be your sole responsibility. Third party terms and conditions may apply to certain parts of a Prize. For example (without limitation) any video game awarded will be subject to the terms of conditions of use of that game.  
   3. You agree that the Promoter may, in their sole discretion, make your entry available on its social media channels or websites (or those belonging to a third party, including, without limitation, Promoter’s affiliate(s) or an Influencer) and in any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, for any purpose. You grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence in perpetuity to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the intellectual property rights in your Prize Draw entry and any accompanying materials. 
   4. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Prize Draw and/or any future promotion. 
   5. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Draw or these Terms and Conditions where it becomes necessary to do so. 
   6. Unless otherwise expressly stated, the Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media channel. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Prize Draw should be directed to us only, and not to any social media channel. 
   7. These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the Prize Draw and Prize. The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of the whole or any part of the Terms and Conditions does not affect the remainder of the Terms and Conditions, which will remain in full force and effect.  
   8. These Terms and Conditions are available in English only. The Prize Draw, and these Terms and Conditions, are governed by English law, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them (whether under contract, tort or otherwise) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
